The Process

Quote and Payment

After the quote is confirmed and the agreement signed, you may opt for two or three payment installments. Each payment is invoiced electronically via Wix invoicing.

*Investment starting at refers to the lowest cost for the design package. The investment may change if you select add-ons. Pricing does not include web hosting or domain costs.

Intake

We will send you an intake form (questionnaire) where you can share your inspiration, goals for the website and your business, and what you would like your site to accomplish.

Content

You will need to have your site content (text) ready, and hi-resolution digital images (unless you want us to source stock images). Content for e-commerce sites includes product information (images, pricing, descriptions, etc.). You will also need to ensure you have access to your domain (if existing). If you opt for stock photography, selections will be made from among free options. Paid stock photography options are available as add-ons.

Draft Design

With your intake form on hand, we will get to work creating your virtual presence by starting with the Home page. Once the Home page is approved, the rest of the site work is completed. You will know what is happening every step of the way.

Polish

Once you approve the home page design, we will create or update the remaining pages, make edits, and finetune any elements based on your feedback. You will be able to share your thoughts throughout this process. If your requests and revisions exceed the allotted hours for the project, an additional quote based on estimated hours will be provided.

Site Transfer

Once you have given final approval for the website, it will be moved to your account, giving you full access and ownership.

Site Hosting

Each client is responsible for purchasing a Wix premium hosting to enable website launch with a domain and removal of Wix ads (instructions will be provided).

Launch and Live

Once your site has launched at its domain, we conduct a page-by-page and link-by-link check of the LIVE site. You will be able to share your site with confidence!
